We have deleted items still showing on our website. Have been through all the suggested 'fixes' with online support but they didn't work. I see that several others with the same issue have had their items reindexed - how do we go about getting that done please? We need our online shop to go live asap but don't want to do it with these items showing. Thanks.

@maebloomco, our eCommerce team was able to re-index your site and said that things should be resolved now! Could you please double-check that is the case on your side and let me know?
@WindsweptIslay, they also re-indexed your site, but they were wondering if would you be able to send over an item or two that is being impacted? That way they they can double-check it worked for your site as well.
I will keep an eye out for your replies in the meantime.
Good morning Canoncritters, I am sorry to hear that this is happening to your store. I used the forum and was connected witb Tranguyen whom reached out to the "backend team" and had my site re-indexed. I believe after they completed this re-indexing it stopped completely. If you could reach out to Tranguyen, they may have the connection to get your site re-indexed. Im pulling for you. ๐
Thank you for the reply! I've decided to switch to big cartel. Square has been nothing but errors and syncing issues and long loading times and conversations with support since day one, and it's not worth the hassle. I'm pleased to say my big cartel experience so far has been amazing.
