We have deleted items still showing on our website. Have been through all the suggested 'fixes' with online support but they didn't work. I see that several others with the same issue have had their items reindexed - how do we go about getting that done please? We need our online shop to go live asap but don't want to do it with these items showing. Thanks.

@maebloomco, our eCommerce team was able to re-index your site and said that things should be resolved now! Could you please double-check that is the case on your side and let me know?
@WindsweptIslay, they also re-indexed your site, but they were wondering if would you be able to send over an item or two that is being impacted? That way they they can double-check it worked for your site as well.
I will keep an eye out for your replies in the meantime.
Hi @WindsweptIslay - I am not an expert in website stuff but have had this happen a few times because we hadn't checked a couple of settings or just a random error, so I understand why support makes you do all the "fixes" first. I prefer now to make items unavailable (helpful if you might have them later anyway and I make sure to check my sync settings more carefully now when we edit our site. I've never experienced them still showing up after doing those things and I am empathetic to what is going on for you with your launch. Do you have someone in support assisting you directly? Tagging a few people that may be able to get your more specific help @nika @isabelle (?)
I mark everything unavailable or not visible on the site, too, or sometimes it pops back up.
I have several items that have been deleted for months from my item library but I can not get them to disappear from my website.
I have cleared cache, tried to switch templates on my Shop All page, republished my website in private mode - everything that the support bot has suggested and nothing has worked.
I don't want my customers to keep asking me for these items and need them off my website 🙂

If you'd like to revert your store to a certain version, you can do that by calling into support, but I'm not sure if that would resolve your issue.
I also like @MudFire_Dex's suggestion. Marking an item as unavailable vs. deleting AND checking sync settings! Sorry this is happening! We are rooting for your online shop launch!
If it is indeed urgent, I do recommend calling into support 855-700-6000.
