Deleted Discount Still Appearing on Live Site

Help! Over the festive period I ran a 25% off sale. This discount was deleted / cancelled in the discounts / coupons section and is no longer visible anywhere, however my website STILL shows the 25% off as being available. WHY?!

It doesn't take 25% off at the cart but to the customer it looks like they should be getting 25% off. See attached screenshot.

Note this isn't a cacheing issue, the discount was deleted ages ago, but is still showing up even in incognito and after clearing the cache.

Help would be most appreciated.

Hi @NutmegCreative and thanks for reaching out to the Square Community.

I just took a look at your site, and I didn't see the green "25% Off Everything" banner, when I looked at this item. I see there is a red "Sale" banner on some of your items, but not all. I recommend reviewing your Discounts, to ensure everything is up-to-date. 

Does everything look correct on your site, as of today? Please let me know. I'll keep an eye out for your reply!

Hi @_Violet  - After posting my question I tested a 'work around' and it now appears it has worked. I had to create a whole new discount code of "Testing" at 10% to override the 25% one that was showing up (but wasn't actually anywhere in the system anymore, literally nowhere to be found!). So for a while it then had 'testing' in the green banner and that code has now expired to so has finally dropped off. It was just weird that the 25% was still showing online but was nowhere to be found in the system - square always seems to have some 'funny' quirks... thanks for your response.

I have an automatic discount that is still showing up on some items.  I have deleted this discount months ago and it's now where to be found but it's still showing up.  I am adding one of the items that the discount is showing up for.  The discount is not actually added but I don't want my customers to be confused and question why they aren't getting this discount  https://www.nerdgonerogue.org/product/black-girl-magic/183
