Delay in updating item in online store - No Sync from Dashboard

Please fix the HUGE delay in updating the online store when item changes are made in the dashboard. I'm waiting for hours for an item update to sync to the online store before I can send a newsletter about buying the item. This has been an issue for YEARS. Can this please be prioritized so that when we update an item in the dashboard, the changes sync quickly to the website? Such a waste of time.

I'm sorry to hear that you've been experiencing some issues with syncing for your online items. I recommend checking your location address for any formatting issues. Incorrectly formatted location addresses are known to cause syncing issues. The Locations page in your Square dashboard is the main area to update location info. You can also check your address in the Shipping page and General Settings page in the Online dashboard.
