Deceptive Domain Billing

I used to be able to manage my domains rather easily on the former domain page. Now it says I have to go to my dashboard to manage them. When I do the billing transaction does not cite which domain I was charged for so I have to navigate through more pages to find the specific charge only to find out I was charged for a domain that I disconnected months ago and wasn't even listed on the old domain page. Then trying to cancel a domain is clearly designed to keep you in an endless loop. I've been a paying customer for over a decade but now I guess I'm a mark more than a customer. Thanks Square.

Hi there @SoulCabDelivery.. So, mistakes happen and contrary to popular American belief these days, everything is not a conspiracy or a scam.  Honestly, in the past few months, I find the domain and hosting billing screens to be infinitely better than what they used to be.  Let's be sure we are on the same page here.

From your web dashboard, go to Online > Websites > Website > Domains.  There should be a list of all domains you purchased through Square.  Click Manage beside one of them and select Billing.  Here you will find each subscription you have with Square Online -- both domain and for Square Online hosting.  Each domain clearly lists the URL that was secured.

If you click on the Order History tab at the top, you'll see a payment activity history list.  For domains, it clearly shows the URL in the description column and the payment amount and method.  For hosting, it shows the plan, etc.

I've included screen shots from my account.  Are you saying you don't have the same informative and easy to understand screens?

@SoulCabDelivery As for the alleged billing for a disconnected domain, is it possible that you forgot to cancel the subscription when you disconnected it?  That is, and has always been, a two-step process.  Some people keep disconnected domains so that no one else can use them.
