I have added numerous items to my item library on the dashboard, but they are not showing up in the item library in the Online area. https://prattfamilyfarm.square.site/
Items have now appeared, 1-2 hours after being added to the dashboard. However, item photos have still not transferred to the website, after 12 hours.
@PrattFF There was a known issue with the online store that caused some issues with syncing between the Square Dashboard and the Online Store. They should be resolved now, but please let me know if you're still experiencing trouble. Thank you! 🙂
I am having the same problem. i have been working on it for months and spent 3 hours talking to square today. it has been 9 hours.
