My customers are not receiving order confirmation emails nor email receipts. When I try to send test emails they are not coming through to me either. This has only stopped recently as last week they were working. Any advice gratefully received.

Depending on your email provider, notifications will sometimes be filtered to your spam folder. Double-check your spam folder and add the following email addresses to your contacts:
And then if you could do another test email after adding these addresses to see if it works, let me know how it goes!
