Customers having trouble adding items to cart

Hi, a customer contacted me last night saying she couldn't add a pair of earrings to her cart. She had successfully added at least one other item to her cart but this pair wouldn't. I visited the listing on my website and I can add them to a cart without trouble. Any idea why she wouldn't be able to?

The item is in stock and visible.

I noticed it's your first post, welcome to our community! We love seeing new faces here 😊

 

It's worth checking that the item in question has the same fulfilment settings as your other items. If the item is not available for shipping, for example, she might not be able to add it to her cart. To check your items fulfilment method:

 

1. Sign in to your Square Online dashboard

2. Click on Items > Site Items > and select the item in question.

3. Scroll down to Fulfillment and make sure all applicable fulfilment methods are ticked.

4. Click Save once you're done.
