Customers getting "There was an error. Please try again." when using Self-Serve QR Code Ordering

I have numerous customers getting "There was an error. Please try again." when using Self-Serve QR Code Ordering - like multiple customers in an evening getting this error. This has been happening since October when we opened.

 

If they come up to us and show us, we know to refresh the page on their phone and it fixes the issue but some folks just get frustrated and just want to order with us which defeats the purpose of the Self-Serve Ordering. Image attached. We need this fixed so customers will use the Self-Serve Ordering from their table instead of coming up to staff and ordering.
