I refunded a customer from their original paid invoice. Now the customer is stating the last 4 digits on the confirmation receipt are different than the 4 digits on the card used. I researched that the 4 digits could be different because they possibly paid through Apple or Google Pay, but they customer is stating that they didn't use Apple or Google Pay. Any ideas?
@JosieEngland92 Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Seller Community!! The only way this could have happened is if the seller did pay through Apple Pay or Google Pay. But, if you want, Support can take a look at the payment itself and let you know how it was accepted. 🙂
