Customer receipts for events details

I just had a customer show up for the wrong event because the time and dates were not on her receipt. I looked and realized that if a customer purchased multiple events the receipt “summary” only shows the event names and prices.  Other receipts of single events show the date and time of the event purchased. Why is this and how can I fix this? Big problem as she attended a $65 event but paid for a $10 event because she came at the wrong time!

Would the reminders feature help?

You can set up a message to send out before their appointment so they don't rely on a receipt to tell them when the appointment is.

It's not an appointment. Technically it's an item that they purchased.

Single Event Receipt.jpgThis is a receipt from a single event purchase. It shows the day and time of the event, same event as the last purchase on the receipt from the person who bought multiple events.
