Customer needs to schedule a pick up for next day

I am trying to set it up so that my aviation customers can place orders by 6pm for pick up at 6am.  But Square online even though I have it set up to schedule pick up times is not letting them schedule pick up times.  Also, I want them to be able to order after we are closed at the cafe for the next morning, but again it keeps saying item not available...I'm so frustrated right now.  please help.

For your customers to schedule pick-up times, you'll want to make sure that you have allowed that option under "pick-up and deliveries". I'm assuming you have. When they go to check out, the option to change the date and time will be on the checkout screen, not on the cart screen (that's a point of confusion for customers and hopefully something square is working on *fingers crossed*). It's the second section after they enter their customer information. 

 

What is the prep time you have on those items? You could change it to a 5 minute prep time, and then the item would be ready at 6:05, even if they order at midnight before.

Ok so it looks like you have a two hour prep time for orders. I was able to schedule the pick-up anytime after 12:15 (I was doing this at 10:05 AM). If you wanted them to be able to order sooner, I think just a change to a shorter pre-time would work. That way if they ordered after you closed, it would go to 6 AM + however much time you needed. So if you really need 10 minutes to cook/package it, the earliest they could pick-up is 6:10 AM. Does that work for you?
