Hi, I was wondering if anybody can help point me in the direction of where to edit the Customers Reviews automated emails in Square Marketing
We noticed around the time of the transition from Square online to Square Marketing that the customer reviews stopped arriving to us in Square online. So we have checked the Square Online and customer reviews are enabled under items and customer reviews.
So we went to check the automated emails in Square Marketing (as this is no longer active on out Square Online) and can not locate here the automated email for the Website Online Reviews. We can only see the automated emails for Google and Facebook reviews.
Any ideas whether I am looking in the right place or having a system problem?

Customer Emails will be moved to Marketing from beginning of January only (note that the change might not populate to all accounts on the due date). In the meantime, you can continue customising the Customer Reviews email template from Square Online in Communications > Email & Text Alerts > Item Reviews as per this support article.
Once your Customer Reviews tool has migrated to Marketing, the banner will prompt you to access the Marketing tab of the Dashboard to edit the email template.
