Customer Review - Can't Chose a RATING?!?

When a customer is provided a link to leave a review on my website for a product, there is absolutely no where that the customer an click to 'leave a rating,' and this explains why I have 0 reviews on my entire website. This is a game changer. Ecommerce RELIES on the ability for customers to leave reviews on product purchases. I want to know why this simple thing isn't fixed? WHY do we have AFTERPAY installed as a feature BEFORE something so simple as to leave a review?

 

I am about done with square online and going to move to another platform, the simple bug fixes on square online are breakers for almost all e-Commerce sites, including the NOINDEX issue.

Are you currently using a Square Online site? Your customers can leave comments, photos, and ratings on your Square Online site about their online purchases.

Uhm yes I am using square online. Clearly the issue is that SQUARE ONLINE’s review tools and page do not work, see the attached screenshot. Your reply did not help at all: sorry.

It doesn't matter any longer. I'm moving over to shopify. Done with square's relentless bugs on eCommerce websites.
