I have several online donations sites we manage as a non-profit. I have the toggle switch on for allowing custom donation amounts. It will stay for a couple of days and then the custom donation option disappears. I go back to edit the donation item and the toggle is still on. I flip it back and forth and again it stays for a couple of days and then vanishes again. I think its a glitch in your system. Can you please look into this further? Thanks!

We've had this problem since 2020 and it's still going on. Please someone on square investigate this issue?
