We are a non-profit and having an issue with our donation items in our online store: claxtonfamilies.com. Custom amounts continue to be disabled even though the items are set up and showing on the dashboard end that they are active. This is extremely inconvenient for a non-profit and appears this is an ongoing issue. Contact with Customer Service has been no help so far.
Hey @clxfam. Can you please post a screen shot of that area of the Donation Settings section of one of your donation items? I’m trying to recreate your issue, but so far I can’t seem to break it. Thanks!
Hi, I cannot seem to add a screenshot, but the custom donation option is set to blue (yes) on the items. Yesterday, the custom amount option was available in our online store, but today it is again gone.
I received a support update saying the issue was escalated to the Engineering Team but have heard nothing else. Seems to be an ongoing issue that Square really needs to resolve if they want to keep non-profit business.
