One of my clients is having an issue - they want to be able to offer a 100% discount coupon on an on-demand delivery order that a customer places via Square Online. However, we test the coupon, Square shows an arbitrary message like this:
Your order subtotal must be at least $11.65 to qualify for delivery
If tip is added, the number increases by the amount of tip added. Adding more items does not increase the amount. I checked and no minimum is set in delivery settings.
Is there any reason this happens? How can we offer a 100% discount on an online order (on-demand delivery) via coupons?
