I can't find the coupon settings anywhere - not under items, nor under shared settings. Any clues? I'd be equally happy with a promo code, but can't find that function either.

This article has instructions on how to create coupon codes and discounts for your Square Online items. I have linked the coupons section specifically, but if you'd like to create discounts that are applied automatically, you can scroll up to the beginning of the article for the steps. 

**Please note that you might see Vouchers instead of Coupons when you look under Items or Shared settings (which I discovered while writing this response).
