Has anyone else had issues getting their Pop-up coupons to work since we've migrated coupons to marketing from online?
I've created the specific email subscription coupon for the website popup in "marketing", but when I try to select it from the drop-down menu in the popup creation area, it doesn't appear. My other online coupons are available, but not the one I need. I read it may be because of the same name as a previous coupon, so I changed it multiple times, and still have no luck.
Am I missing a step?

@theocia1214 I would try this. I would create a new coupon and code and save it. I would also try going into the link on your screenshot where it says: "Explore the pop-up editor" and create your promo from there. A couple key things to make sure the date for available on your coupon is correct (looks like it was). I would also create the coupon and refresh your browser before trying to do the pop-up (yea silly but I have seen stranger). But definitely changing the name will not hurt (again...stranger things square style).
Thanks. Unfortunately, I have done all of these things, and still no luck. Created 3 new ones with completely different names and offers last week, tried both routes of creating the popup and the same 2 old coupons are all that are available to me. Looks like a support call is in my future 😭
