Hi all,
I have set up a coupon code for my customers with specified categories eligible to it. But when the customer enters his coupon code, the amount of coupon is not the one I set up (12$) but an amount I don't where it comes from, only 2 or 3$ dollars.
When I redo the coupon selecting it as applicable on Entire order instead of on specified categories, it works. But that was not my need !
I read on this forum that other customers had same problems in the past. Do you know if Square team has done some improvements on this ? Or do you have a way to make your categories work with your coupons ?
