Cookies pop up page refresh

It looks like it’s been fixed on the seller community, where when you accept the cookie policy the entire page no longer refreshes - it still happens on Square hosted sites. 

Biggest problem is when people go to checkout on mobile, you can fill in all the checkout details but then the pop up gets in the way of the last bit - so you click accept to get rid of it & the page refreshes leaving you entering all the details again.

Thanks for the feedback - this does sound odd!

 

Is this an issue you're able to reproduce on different web browsers on mobile devices, or it is restricted to a certain one? I'd say this one is worth filing a support ticket for - you can do so via this form!

@Seamus - this isn't a mobile only issue, it's annoying that the page refreshes when you accept the cookie policy & this happens across all platforms. It's just on mobile you're forced to click it to see the bits you need to fill in & then loose what you've already put in.

Hi @Sam_400º, thank you for flagging this! I've reached out to a few teams here on my end and clarify the current behaviour to see if it's intentional and what we can do to make it work more smoothly. Once I have more information, I will be sure to update this ticket.
