Connecting Square catalogue to Facebook

Not sure if this is one for here or Facebook, but we're trying to connect our Square catalogue to our Facebook page shop via the FB pixel process.
I've followed the process fine until the last section. When I click 'Finish' I get this pop up message (see screen shot below) and can't complete.
I wondered if it was how the FB page had been set up or whether it's something at the Square end?
Anyone have any ideas?
