Connecting Square account pop-up won't exit out. Blocking access to my website editor.

 Hello, Recently Weebly switched to connecting accounts with the Square services. Since doing so, I have not had access to my website for any sort of editing and I have recieved no email replies concerning my issue after the first email stating they will look into it. When I log onto my Weebly account, it shows the pop-up stating information about the switch with the option button for "I'll do this later" and the exit X option. However, clicking on either of these options does not work. The pop-up info screen will not go away and blocks me from editing or having access to my website. I have read that the ability to edit the website is more flexible when staying with Weebly, so I would like to keep that. However, I have also tried to create a square account just to be able to have any sort of access. When doing so, it says I cannot create a new account with an email already having an existing account. Which means I also cannot connect it to either my current or any sort of new Square account with my business email. This has been an issue for about five months now as I hope they fix the connection issue or the pop-up problem. I have been unable to find any help through other research options. If anyone has any help to offer, I would greatly appreciate it.

HI, Square obtained Weebly 2018 and are now one platform.  There has been no information regarding if Square will continue to maintain existing Weebly stores.  Many options and features offered on Weebly have been discontinued.  Best advice is to contact Square Support.

You will get a few options to contact, click Call Us, a new browser window will open with phone number and customer code.

 

You must be logged into your account and is best on a laptop or desktop.  Phone app sometimes displays unavailable at times.

Hi @Twiningtree. Are you still having trouble? Try clearing your browser cache and any cookies for Weebly.com. I logged into your account and saw some popups about the dashboard itself but did not see a popup about connecting to Square.
