Company Address Online Store

I have had our online store set up for sometime, and had shipping costs etc entered. 

I have just added a new product to the store and noticed that the shipping option is no longer there. It says I need to set shipping from address, but it won't let me put one in. Keeps saying the address is not valid. 

Not sure what I am doing wrong here.

Hey @KelJopuka,

 

Is it just the new item that doesn't have shipping on it, or has shipping disappeared from all your other items too?

 

If it's just the new item, are you able to check the item listing on the Square Online overview (not the regular Inventory area on the main Square Dashboard)? You can go to Items > Site Items then click on the item in question to view and edit its online properties, including fulfilment methods:

 

 

If "Shipping" isn't ticket, you can tick it then save the changes to make the item available for shipping on your website!

@Seamus It is shipping from the whole site that seems to be gone. I had it set as an option but it is no longer there. 

When I go into my fulfillment section it asks me for company address under shipping, and it says the address is not valid.

Ok it now seems to be taking the address again, it was just being very glitchy. Not sure why it disappeared in the first place. I had all this set up already.

@KelJopuka how soon after creating the item did you check? I'm wondering if it might have taken a few minutes to sync the new item changes.

@Seamus I have managed to get that updated, but when I view my product the option to ship isn't showing. 

 

The company address was missing altogether. 

I have no idea what I am doing wrong. 

 

I am going to try closing out and going back in, because I can see the item, but the only option that comes up is local pick up, which is what we do mostly, but this item needs a shipping option

All good, it appears to have corrected itself, I just went back in to the item and saved it again, without changing anything and then suddenly it had the shipping option.

@KelJopuka if you go to Fulfilment > Shipping from your Square Online overview, is there a profile set up here?

If that doesn't help indicate what the issue might be I recommend your next step be getting in touch with support - they will be able to check how your account has been set up and see if they can see exactly what the issue is, which is something we're not able to do via our community. 

 

You can call our support team from 9-5, Mon-Fri on 1800 760 137 (Melbourne time), hopefully they will be able to pinpoint what the issue is here!
