Combine All Mobile Locations Revenue into Square Checking

I own a food truck.  I have a square checking account and I have an external checking account for my business.  I like the idea of having mobile locations so I can easily update where I will be each day with the click of a button.  I do not like however that each location has its own money account basically and you would need to open a separate checking for each location.  It gives you the option to pick mobile or physical location when setting it up.  As a mobile location I need all monies to go into the square checking that i originally had.  I understand that physical brick and mortar would keep it separate for each location but as a food truck i really only have one storefront that moves around.  having everything separate makes accounting so much harder.

Hello! Welcome to the Square Community, @corrine025. We appreciate your post.

You are able to add your Square Checking account/routing numbers to the bank linking sections of your Dashboard for your other locations and set those to automatic transfer. This would automatically move the funds from your other locations to Square Checking every day. The funds won't be available instantly to spend but they will aggregate to be available in the Checking account.

To view or edit your bank account, here are some directions on how to do so:

1. Sign into your online Square Dashboard.
2. Click Account & Settings > Business information > Bank accounts.
3. To edit your account, click Change Bank Account.

The extra locations are making my bookkeeping extra hard.  I feel like my books are all a mess since 2025 began and I started doing these extra locations.

I am sorry to hear this, @corrine025.

Unfortunately the only workaround for this would be to route all of your locations to your Square Checking. Since all of your location's funds would aggregate into the one account, I would hope that would help with your bookkeeping a bit. I understand though if not. I do apologize that we do not have another method for this.
