Collection times out of sync

Hi, I have square on line up and running but it seems to be an hour later when allocation pick up times. Is there a setting somewhere to adjust to zone etc

Hey @Goodfoodcafe, welcome to Square's Seller Community, and congrats on your first post! 🥳

 

Mmhh... That definitely sounds like your fulfillment settings are set up in the wrong timezone. To change this, please try the following steps: 

 

  1. Go to your Square Online Overview Page.
  2. On the menu on the left-hand side of the page, click Fulfillment > Pickup & Delivery.
  3. Click Edit beside your business' location, this will open up your fulfillment settings. From there, select Pickup.
  4. Scroll down to the section 'When do you plan to fulfill orders?' under TimeZone, and make sure that the correct timezone is selected. 
  5.   Click Save.
