Choose wrong shipping method

I selected the wrong shipping method and created a shipping label. How do I modify or change it?

Hey @HC_Charlie thanks for the link! I did see that. I don't want to refund the purchaser, I just need to cancel that shipping label. I created a different label with the service that the customer requested directly from UPS. So I still want to keep the money that the customer paid for shipping.

Ah got it now, sorry for the confusion. You may be okay just to let it go. based on this part of the mentioned post, it sounds like if the label isn't used...and eventually scanned by the post office/shipper, it will automatically refund? Not sure if I'm reading that correctly, but if you can't find a resolution hopefully it will refund itself.

 

"The shipping label will automatically refund as credit to your Shippo account if the label is not scanned within 2 weeks. If you setup a UPS account through Square then the label will not be billed to you if it is not scanned and shipped through their system. "
