Hi there,

I'm hoping to be able to move my very small business to Square Online since I've been using the POS for years.

Because my business is so small and the majority of my business is local, I calculate shipping for each shipped order as needed. The shipping amount gets added to the invoice for the customer. This is working fine for me.

Is there a way on Square Online to add custom shipping to an order? Or, asked another way, is it possible to create a draft order, add shipping and then send it? Or perhaps, can my payment option be 'invoice', which is reviewed first?

Hi @sue_bodyblessed 👋 Thanks for posting your question. 

You can create your shipping rules for your website which will automatically display on the checkout screen. Shipping rules can be created by weight, order total, order amount, or you can create a flat rate for your orders. You can find out more about shipping with your Square Online website here. 

You could also manually send an invoice for the shipping charge after you receive the online order, but that may be a lot more additional work for you.
