Channel listings - disabled with no error

Hello

 

I have been using the channel listings to link to my facebook/instagram shops for a while now with no issues at all, and now all of a sudden my latest items are being disabled but do not have any errors and the enable button is checked. 

 

I have clicked around as much as I can and can't figure it out! Please help!

Sorry to hear about the trouble here! Have you had a chance to disconnect, and reconnect the integration between Square and Meta. Unfortunately, the screenshot you attached is a little blurry - could you attach it again?

No I haven't tried that yet, I'm worried about breaking something!😅

To clarify, is it only your new items that are showing as disabled on Facebook? 

I wonder if there is something about these items that aren't meeting the catalogue requirements, such as broken links or missing data.

Before we try disconnecting and reconnecting your Meta for Business integration, let's get you to work through these troubleshooting steps provided by Facebook. The first article walks through a few steps to try to resolve incorrect product information (including availability). The second article demonstrates how to resolve items not showing in your shop, and there may be a few settings worth double-checking on your side, including the item image and description.

Let us know how you go with these troubleshooting steps!

Hi Laurie!

 

No, there are no issues showing on these products on either Square end, however the products are not actually showing on my commerce manager. Only the products I have created directly within Square. The listings are flowing through from Etsy, but the first few I did have worked but the latest ones have not.

To confirm, your products are showing in your Square item library but not on your Facebook Commerce Manager

We won't be able to assist you with troubleshooting item creation or item syncing from third-party platforms (such as Etsy) in Commerce Manager as this tool is managed by Facebook directly. If you are noticing Square items (created in Square) aren't syncing through to Facebook Shops, however, then the above troubleshooting steps we linked you should help resolve those issues.


If I've misunderstood you, please include some more information in your reply so I can have a better understanding of what you're referring to.
