Change weebly site to square online site

I want to upgrade to Square online from my current Weebly site. I've been told I can't do this and I have to create a new square account to do this. 

I don't want to lose three years worth of sales data just to get a better service which is being offered to new customers but not existing customers. 

Surely they can just upgrade the weebly site or have a way that existing square customers can use the new square online store?

Just so I understand correctly, is the situation that you have an existing Square account registered under the same email as an existing Weebly account, and want to be able to start a Square Online account via your Square account?

As far as I'm aware this should be doable, though if you're looking to transfer your existing Weebly website and sales history into a Square Online website, this won't be doable.

How did you initially get in touch with support? If you've not already, I would recommend calling our support team on 1800 760 137 and speaking with a Square Online expert. Lines are open Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm Melbourne time.

Thanks Seamus, yes that's correct. I've got a square account and weebly account both with the same email. The features on Square online look better than Weebly so I want to start a square online account with my square account (so they are integrated). 

I got in touch via chat. I work a day job so will find it tricky to find a time to call, but will try. 

I am unable to sign up to create a square online site currently.

Phoned up as I had a quick window on my lunch break and the phone was answered quickly, and the resolution was changing the email address on my square account (which is an ok outcome for me).
