Change pickup time header over in square online customer receipt

I am struggling to change/delete a piece of information from my order confirmation emails from my square store. 

 

When a customer gets a receipt, they get the following email confirmation:

You can see the text that says "If your order was placed before 5:00 PM on Thursday, your pickup is:"

 

I am trying to change that text. I know how to change a lot of the information BELOW those headers, but not that header. I would like it to just say "Your pickup time is". 

 

When I go to the email editor, I see no heading to edit. Image is below:

You can see that above the pickup location there is no "pickup time" section to edit. 

 

Can someone please tell me how I can change that pickup time header back to a more generic title?

I checked in with the Square Online Support Team on this one. They've confirmed this particular text cannot be edited. It's automatically populated based on your pickup setting configuration. If you'd like this part to say a specific pickup time, we suggest switching the setting under "When can orders be picked up?" to "Buyers pick a time within my pickup hours (e.g. Today at 12:30 pm)" in your pickup settings, shown below.

Thank you for your response, but I don't quite think that is what is going on. 

 

1) I am the one who typed in "If your order was placed before 5:00 PM on Thursday, your pickup is:" to accommodate for COVID. 

2) I do not have fullfillment hours listed for Wednesday or Thursday, so I don't understand why that "Thursday" part is there.

3) Our business hours are listed from 9-6, so I don't understand why "5:00 PM" is there.

4) You can also see that my cutoff time is 10:00 am, not 5:00 PM

 

 

The short version is that "If your order was placed before 5:00 PM on Thursday, your pickup is:" is just factually wrong and leads our customers astray. It's not the pickup time, or the range of pickup times, that is the issue, it's that the line "If your order was placed before 5:00 PM on Thursday, your pickup is:" is factually incorrect. Does that make sense? I think you USED to be able to modify that line, which we did to fit our needs, but now you cannot modify that line, and it's a problem for our business. 

 

Is there a step that I'm missing?

Additionally, I made the changes you suggested and the result is the same: "If your order was placed before 5:00 PM on Thursday, your pickup is:"

 

Nothing changed.
