Category from Square not showing up on Site Categories

I'm working on a clients square online and trying to access a All grown media category, the client can see it on their square dashboard but I cant see it on the Site Categories.

 Hello @CreativeW I'm sorry you're having trouble with your customer's website. Are you using the Dashboard yourself to edit their website? You should be able to go into Online > Items >Site Categories. then there should be an Add Category button at the top right of the screen. If you still cannot see their category, you may need to create the category and add the items back in.

I am also having the same issue. I have several categories in the square dashboard that are not showing up in the site categories section. If the only way to change this is by doing what @HC_Charlie said, then it's useless because I have a lot of items. I cant just sit there and recreate those categories and search for hundreds of items to add back. There needs to be a sync button for this issue to be resolved.

I’m also trying to have the same categories from square dashboard, under the “site categories”. Has there been an update?

I think it is still not possible to sync categories, but I want to get some more insight from the internal teams to confirm. Can you let us know your website name, and one of your category titles?
