Category Link won't show in navigation for Square Online?

Hi,

 

I have 4 categories in my online store, which I have created links for in the main navigation.  Only 3 of the category links will show up.  I have deleted and recreated the link multiple times and cannot get the link to appear.  If I create a link to a standard page with the same text, it appears in the navigation, but as soon as I change to link to category, it disappears.  Please assist.

I reached out to the Weebly team on this one and they said it definitely sounds buggy.

 

Please reach out here and write that you're having an issue with your online store so it'll be routed to our e-comm support.

I'm having this same issue today!  It's pretty frustrating.  I just used the form linked by @ashc.  Did your issue get fixed @drob1?

Thanks for posting in this thread, and sorry to hear about this issue.

 

Can you try unpublishing and republishing your site within Website > General Settings, after verifying that your category settings are set up correctly? 

 

If that doesn't work, please give us a call and request to speak with the Online Store Support team
