Categories not showing up in the Navigation Dropdown

Hi everyone,
We're tearing our hair out over this persistent problem since the recent category changes made by Square. We have all our categories working fine in POS and they are loaded with teh correct products. But two issues online:

1. All our category pages EXCEPT one have been reformatted to basic pages with a side navigation (we had custom headers on them and used the main nav dropdown to navigate). The one exception is 'Made by Us' - this category has a little globe icon next to it and it says 'copied from Square Online when you hover that.

2. The main navigation dropdown SHOP ALL button will ONLY display the Made by Us category. So if i want to display all categories then i have to switch off the auto category dropdown and add them individually. I will do this if necessary but the auto is much more convenient.

Can anyone help with this issue?!

Thanks

Rich

(BTW I have currently just added all categories to the dropdown manually so my customers don't get confused)

Sorry, I don't have an answer but I am having the same problem since the recent changes made by Square. All was working just fine. My Shop All tab no longer shows all categories, even though correctly assigned to automatically sync. I wasn't aware that you can do this manually, though I prefer not to. Support tells me to clear cache and reboot. Have done that numerous times but no change. Still does not show all categories in the dropdown. Very frustrated.

I have done chat support twice, and phone support once. Issue is still not resolved.

Evidently my site is set up correctly and support cannot determine why some categories are missing when I hover over the Shop All in the navigation menu. This is very frustrating as the category I NEED to show up is the one that is missing. Support tells me they have put a bug report in and there is no way to know how long it will take to fix. From what I've read on the seller community, it looks like some bugs never get fixed. Could there be a way to work around this to get the category to show up when hovering over the Shop All in the navigation menu?

I am having the same problem. New categories, new modifiers, new items, not showing up at the right places.  I called tech support in for various issues in the past and most of the time they are NOT resolved.   It felt like they were googling while responding my question and gave canned answers, and they ended NOT resolving the issue.  I could just do the googling myself, saving the time and aggravation.

I never got a satisfactory response from support. I deleted the navigation menu item "Shop All" which removed it and the nested sub-categories from the menu navigation bar. Then I re-added "Shop" / "Shop All" as a navigation menu item. Now there are no categories/subcategories nested underneath that navigation menu item, but it did solve the problem of missing categories.

Having the exact same issue and so frustrated trying to find a solution.  Why can't Square fix it?  It's certainly not an isolated incident...
