I allow new customers to book online, and have it set up for 'no show' protection, where they are required to book with a credit card to reserve their spot. I have a client who booked online, but there is no credit card added. Help?

I have a couple more questions on your settings to help me get to the bottom of your issue.
Whenever you request the card - do you require a prepayment too? Does the new customer show in your Customer Directory?
