I have the upgraded version of square, and got notification that my customers are leaving me reviews but when I go to the website, they are not displayed, is there something I am missing?
Hi @RealDealGrill. Square’s customer feedback is not a traditional public-facing review. It was not created to be that, but rather to be a private communication between customer and us. Therefore, there is no way, currently, to toggle a setting to publish them to our website.
I know some sellers who download their Feedback from their online dashboard and then use a spreadsheet to create a PDF to post on their websites. It’s relatively easy and painless to do if you really want to publish this feedback to your website.

Lol, well then it needs to be removed completely, because it's called " Customer Reviews." With options to leave 1-5 stars, That is not a private communication. There are messages for that. That in no way makes any type of sense.
Hey @RealDealGrill, I'm sorry for the confusion. You can make reviews available to customers on your site. From the online Dashboard go to Items > Customer Reviews> Select Enable customer reviews. Note: Customer reviews are only available on the Shop All ordering page template (i.e. not on Order Online). If you’re using Order Online, be sure to switch your template to Shop All so reviews appear on your site. If you are still having issues please provide your website so I can investigate this further.
