Cant figure out real-time carriers Shipping

I've made a business account at Canada Post, I've inserted the credentials in the appropriate boxes, but its still not going through. It says to check me credentials eveytime.

Hey @Briccou - 

A couple of quick questions, is it successful each time you entire your credentials? Do you get an error messages whenever you're entering them? 

I will keep an eye out for your reply👀.
