Cannot add categories. Keeps freezing

Hi There

I have been trying to add items but when I go to add them to a sub category, the options box keeps freezing and wont allow me to add them. Also the sub categories that I have entered are not showing in the options box but are there on my website. How do i fix this. Its been happening for 2 days.

I am using a lenovo laptop with Chrome browser.

When you have a chance, can you try clearing your cache, and creating a category again @briony? Here's how to clear your cache:

1. On your computer, open Chrome.
2. At the top right, click More .
3. Click More tools. Clear browsing data.
4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
6. Click Clear data.
