Can you send out mass messages?

I'm trying to send a mass message, im wondering how I go about doing this

Just to make sure I understand correctly, are you wanting to send an email message to your customers that have already made purchases through your site? Or if you are using Square Appointments, are you looking to send all your customers a message?
