Hi , I am having issues with the stories part of my website. I can’t actually click and open any of the stories in the website editor and I can’t remove the preloaded stories. I can’t open the stories in the story list to either edit them or remove them. I can see them in pre-view but once I have made the story I can’t edit it, and I can’t open the preloaded ones to remove them since they have nothing to do with my brand.
Some troubleshooting steps our Customer Success Advocates utilize to address your email questions may require them to log into your dashboard. If you do not wish a Customer Success Advocate to log into your dashboard, please let us know as soon as possible.
