Can't add items in my website

I am a restaurant owner and today I first enrolled the premium online website add-on to use one the the themes provided by Square. After purchase and theme selection, an empty draft website page shows up.

 

First issue, the item list is empty even though I configured many of my items as "visible for online" and "enabled for pickup".  

So, I pressed "Create your first item" to import my items from my item library but the popup page (https://sandbox.square.online/app/square-sync/deeplink/square/items) keeps freezing and it just shows a blank page. What am I doing wrong?

Welcome to Square Online! Sorry you are having challenges getting products posted. 

 

A couple things to look into: 

1) After making the item Visible Online, make sure the channel (website) under "Where It's Sold" is toggled on 

2) Make sure your item is in stock (Quantity > 0), inventory tracking is on. 

3) Make sure you have Fulfillment methods enabled (seems you do) 

4) Sometimes enabling Payment Link triggers the item to appear on Square Online. 

 

If all the above does not help, give Customer Service a call. They can refresh the library and usually that helps repopulate the items online.

I seem to be facing the same issue! the page https://sandbox.square.online/app/square-sync/deeplink/square/items stays blank and wont oven in another browser either. Did you manage to resolve it?
