I created a pop-up menu 10 days ago and when I tried to remove it yesterday I saw the new layout of the admin site. Now I can't access the pop-up menu page. When I click the pop-up menu it is taking me back to the dashboard. Need to remove the pop-up urgently. Does anyone have the same problem and how did you solve it?

What internet browser are you using when you try to access the pop-up window?
Give Google Chrome a try and see if it route you to the right place.

Thanks for the reply. I'm using google chrome, always have. When I click on the pop-ups menu on the left-hand side of the page it tries to load the pop-ups page, but after a few second it redirects back to the original page:
This wasn't happening with the old layout of the admin site. I was able 2 weeks ago to create a pop-up window that I now need to remove urgently, as it does not apply anymore, and I can't access it to remove it.

I cleared the cookies and ensured that Chrome is updated. It did not work. Same problem again.
Regarding your questions:
whatwebbrowser.com reports: Chrome 90 on Windows. The actual version is 90.0.4430.93 (Official Build - 64bit)
Laptop is running Windows 10 Home, version 20H2. Fully updated.

I also tried in Incognito mode and I get exactly the same result after I choose Pop-Ups from the Communications menu. An almost blank page, with just the menus.
Thanks for letting me know @Roi1! I've tried to access the Communications > Pop-ups tab using Chrome 90 and I'm not able to reproduce the same issue. I'm going to reach out to our ECOM team to see if they can investigate further as well.
