You shouldn't have any problems running your own personal cc on your account. I've done this multiple times to test the online store and as a training tool. For training, I then go in and refund the transaction.

I haven't had the chance to see if you can use the Square Card that's linked to your account as a payment card, but I don't see why it would be an issue.
