Hello - we are a butcher shop and we want to start selling our merchandise. I'm wondering if it's possible to set up items under a "merchandise" category that customers could use a different URL to access. I don't want the merchandise listed on the page that customers order their sandwiches from. Thank you for feedback!

You can absolutely set up a dedicated space for your merchandise that's separate from your online ordering page. Here's how I'd recommend approaching this:
Step 1. Hide merchandise items from your online store
To ensure these items don't appear on your online ordering page:
- Sign in to your Square Dashboard and go to Items & services (or Items & menus or Items & inventory) > Items > Item library
- Tick the box to the left of each merchandise item (or create new ones)
- Press the Actions button, and choose Update site visibility
- Set the site visibility to Hidden
- Click Update
By setting your merchandise items as Hidden, they won't appear on your regular ordering page but will still display in the Featured Items section on your dedicated Merchandise page (more on that below).
Step 2. Create a dedicated merchandise page
- Go to Online > Website > Edit site
- Click the + > Page buttons to create a new page called "Merchandise"
- Add a Featured Items section to this new page
- Add all your merchandise items to this section
- Publish your site
Step 3. Share access to your Merchandise page
You have a few ways to make your merchandise accessible:
- Direct Link: Share the direct URL to your Merchandise page with your customers
- Add to Navigation: Include your merchandise page in your site navigation menu so customers can easily find it
