I don't use my website, I have it turned off right now. Am I able to create an online order for my customer and send them the link to pay? I am NOT talking about invoices. I am trying to figure out a way to be able to offer them Afterpay without having my website live. I really wish we had the installment options like Afterpay or Sezzle available on invoices, but since we don't I need to work around it somehow!
Hi @Rasco. Since your online store is not accepting orders, that means that you can not key an order for your customers, either.
However, you can enable AfterPay for in-person orders and add it to the list of payment types that your POS accepts. Then you can enter the transaction/order on your POS, pay it as AfterPay and go from there. That should have the same functionality that you would if your store was on and customers were accepting AfterPay there.
There is also a way to enable orders in your online store, and then hide the Cart button and any order links on your web site, so that only you could use it since only you would know the URL of the store page. I don’t think that will give you any better of an experience than what I suggest above.
Let me know if I misunderstood you and am barking up the wrong tree.
