Can I choose which online store to turn off?

I have 2 online stores linked to our Square for restaurants.

One is a pizza takeaway and one is a Merch store.

Is there a way to turn off one store and not the other?

eg I want to turn off online ordering for pizza when we are closed or sold out but it also turns off my Merch store which I want open at all times.

Hi @Whalebone,

This is definitely possible! Here's how:

1. Sign in to your Square Online dashboard. 

2. From the menu on the left-hand side, select Fulfillment > Pick up & Delivery.

3. Turn off the Pick Up & Delivery options for the takeaway shop.

Thank you, very helpful. 

However when i turn off pickup and enter the online site the items are listed as "out of stock" rather than "unavailable".

Is there a way to change this?

Unfortunately, there isn't a way to change this at the moment, @Whalebone! I know what you mean - out of stock is a lot more alarming than "unavailable". I'll pass this feedback onto our eComm team for consideration 🙂
