Why have I been charged $12 for a March campaign (none started) when the campaign was cancelled prior to the end of the "Free" trial? What is needed to stop this? It is very difficult to find an option to cancel such things... Go figure.
Hello @CatsMeow! That's so weird! Did you make sure to cancel your subscription on your Square Dashboard?
You will be able to find it under Pricing & Subscriptions tab under Settings. If you need a refund, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Success Team. They will be able to help with this!
