CHECKOUT NOT WORKING

On checkout, customers get routed back to details page.

Paypal works fine, but other card payments cannot be used.

I have reported to weebly but had no response yet.

Thanks for sending that on @mW4! I added this item to basket and was directed to the checkout page. I was able to entire my details as well and was shown the box to enter my payment information.

 

Do you know if the customer was redirected back after or before they enter their payment details? When you said they were directed back to the details page, is it the item detail page they were sent back to or did the checkout page goes into a loop?

They are directed back after entering card details. It is all customers.
