Bulk Edit shirt sizes pricing in variations

I sell t-shirts, I used to be able to go into the item and into the variations and click on edit, from there I could Select for instance a XXL item and bulk edit the price of all the XXL shirts from that item in all of the options. SO like I could change all the XXL tees in all the colors offered. But now I am not seeing how I can do that. Can anyone help?

Hi @lmcmechan !

Try these steps to bulk edit the variations and let me know if it works.

  1. Sign in to your Square Dashboard and click Items & orders > Items > Item library.

  2. Check the box next to each item you want to edit. Check the box at the top of the item column to select all items.

  3. Click Edit items at the bottom of the page.

  4. Click the Attributes drop-down menu and select the attributes you want to show in the bulk edit item view.

  5. You can edit one cell at a time or across multiple cells:

    • To select all cells in a column, click the column header.

    • To select multiple adjacent cells, press and hold Shift on your keyboard then click the first and last cells in a range.

    • To select specific cells that aren't adjacent, press and hold Ctrl or ⌘Cmd on your keyboard and click each cell.

  6. Make the changes to your items, descriptions, or variations.

  7. Click Update variations.
