Broken SSL Certificate after 24 Hours

I've unpublished and re-published my site, but it's still showing as unsecure after 24 hours.

Welcome to the Seller Community, @atollefson 👋

I found a site in your account, but can you please confirm the URL of your website? If it is the one I think it is, you have some conflicting A-records in your domain DNS that are preventing the SSL from issuing properly.

Can you please log into your domain manager account with Go Daddy, and update your A-records to 199.34.228.164

It looks like you have at least two that are pointing to a third party server, and those will need to be updated to the number I provided.

Thank you, I updated the A-records this morning. I'll check back tomorrow!

@BernadetteA any further tips for if it's still not working? Do you think unpublishing and republishing the site would help?

Hmm.. I'm still seeing conflicting records on the public whois page.

Can you post a screenshot of your Go Daddy page with the DNS settings? You may need to reach out to Go Daddy directly if you do not see the extra record to delete.
